The Simpang IV Sipin PKK group consists of 15 members and needs "fresh activity" for re-empowerment. The most popular activity among PKK mothers is cooking. This activity has many benefits for PKK mothers. This dedication was carried out as an effort to introduce other preparations from catfish that can be used as all-purpose flour. The use of all-purpose flour from catfish can be developed into added nutritional value which can be processed into various types of cakes, noodles and baby food puree (mp-ASI). Apart from being healthy, these new products can also provide high economic value. The service is carried out through demonstration activities, the stages include preparation of tools and materials, explanation of the material, demonstrating activities starting from cleaning the fish, filleting to separate the meat, bones and belly of the fish, steaming (meat and bones), the oven process, grinding, sieving and flour products, the final stage is evaluation. The presentation of the material was attended by all PKK members who were very enthusiastic in listening to the material and actively asked questions during the demonstration. This activity produces flour products from different ingredients, namely meat and bones of catfish as a source of nutrition.
