This service activity aims to increase the knowledge and skills of goat breeders regarding Good Management Practice (GMP). GMP includes milking systems, maintenance management, lactation, prevention and processing of milk. The group involved is bumdes Pujiku Artomoro. This Bumdes has 88 PE goats, which will initially be 35 in 2022. The management of Bumdes in the livestock sector is 10 people appointed by Decree Number 02/KPTS.bumdes/PAM/ of 2022 concerning Bumdes employees. The problem faced by members of the Bumdes group is that children are often stillborn and their milk is not used, even though goat production is 0.5-1.4 liters per head. Because they are not milked, mastitis (udder infection) often occurs and production decreases. To overcome this, activities were carried out to implement GMP for Etawah Crossbreed Goats (PE) Lactation. The approach that uses this is the cooperative rural approach (PRA), namely an educational process through counseling, training, and practice of making fermented banana stems. Activities begin with coordination, counseling, practice, mentoring, monitoring and evaluation. As a result of coordination activities, it was agreed that counseling would be carried out at Bumdes Pujiku Artomoro, and continued with milking practices and milk processing. The extension activity was attended by 25 members of the goat breeder group. Milking is carried out in the breeder's pen by practicing the stages of milking, water handling and milk processing. The monitoring results showed that the majority of breeders were satisfied with the activities carried out and greatly increased their knowledge about GMP. The service activity concluded that all stages of the activity went well, and the farmer already knew and understood Good Management Practices (GMP) for handling lambing goats, milking and milk processing.
