Keliling Danau Subdistrict is one of the subdistricts in Kerinci Regency, Jambi Province. Keliling Danau Subdistrict has high potential for fish resources in Kerinci Lake. The level of education in most fishing businesses is still low, most of the business capital is self-financed, production management is still simple, and sales of catches are still simple, so that the ability of human resources in managing fisheries is still low. For this reason, it is necessary to strive to foster local community businesses in the area around the lake through technical guidance on business management. Lack of knowledge about the importance of groups is also an obstacle in supporting fishing businesses. Therefore, support from institutions and academics is needed to change the mindset and fate of fishermen towards a better economic life. The target of this activity is a fishing business group consisting of 4 fishing business groups. So that later this joint fishing business group is expected to be able to increase effectiveness and efficiency in managing businesses and increase product competitiveness in local and regional markets. The results of this community service are that fishing business groups already know aspects of business management, including financial planning, inventory management, and marketing strategy development. In addition, this group of fishermen also understands environmentally friendly fishing gear and the size of fish that can be caught.
