Livestock health represents a fundamental aspect in maintaining productivity and sustainability in smallholder farming systems. Limited knowledge among farmers regarding infectious disease prevention and the rational use of veterinary drugs remains a major challenge in rural areas. This community service program aimed to enhance the understanding and practical skills of goat farmers in Pematang Gajah Village, Jambi Luar Kota District, Muaro Jambi Regency through educational outreach and hands-on training on livestock health management. The implementation methods included interactive lectures, demonstrations on proper drug administration, distribution of disinfectants and anthelmintic drugs, as well as evaluation through pretest and posttest assessments. A total of 19 participants actively engaged in the program. Evaluation results showed an increase in the average knowledge level from 42% to 75%, representing a 33% improvement. The activity proved effective in enhancing farmers’ veterinary literacy, particularly concerning biosecurity, barn sanitation, and the rational use of veterinary medicines. Future programs are recommended to expand the scope of materials and strengthen technical assistance for livestock farmers
