The purpose of this community service activity is to increase the knowledge and skills of the Pematang Jering village community, Jambi Luar Kota sub-district, Muaro Jambi district, related to the safety of safe, healthy, wholesome and halal (ASUH) food of livestock origin, by involving village officials, especially the village head as an activity partner. The implementation method used is a participatory approach with a home visit method. Households that become the target audience consist of households of community leaders, hamlet heads, village officials, village cadres and heads of Neighborhood Associations. This service activity consists of three stages, namely preparation, implementation and evaluation.
