Superior Native Chicken (KUB) is a chicken resulting from the selection of native Indonesian native chicken female lines that are the result of local chicken breeding for seven generations since 1998, for the purpose of egg and meat production to be able to provide decent economic benefits for all actors, namely, breeders, cultivators, traders, distributors and retailers. This can be done through businesses managed both individually and institutionally, so that improvements in the efficiency of local chicken businesses with superior types are realized. Support from the government or related agencies is very necessary in their capacity as drivers and mentors to achieve the success of superior local chicken agribusiness that can improve the welfare of farmers. The purpose of this community service activity is to open up business opportunities for raising superior native chickens and increase the knowledge of the people of Tangkit Baru Village, Sungai Gelam District, Muaro Jambi Regency in increasing profits to meet family needs and provide quality food for both families and the wider community. The methods used in this community service included direct outreach and discussions. The target groups were farmers raising superior free-range chickens and the Raudhatul Muhairin Islamic boarding school in Tangkit Baru Village, Sungai Gelam District, Muaro Jambi Regency. Evaluations were conducted twice: at the beginning of the discussion to determine the level of understanding of the material presented, and at the end of the outreach.
